About Our Team

Brentley Brinegar, Broker, Owner, Realtor®, CCIM
Brentley has extensive experience in real estate sales, development and construction. His experience and financial expertise have allowed him to serve his clients well. This experience, as well as strong relationships within the industry, provide the framework for positive results.
Brentley is a member of Texas Association of Realtors, Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, Williamson County Board of Realtors, and the Central Texas CCIM Chapter. He serves on the Round Rock Chamber Board and participates in various other volunteer opportunities in the community. Previously, Brentley served on the Board of Williamson County Habitat for Humanity and the board of the Austin Chapter of CCIM as well as the Round Rock Chamber Small Business Development Committee, the Round Rock Chamber Executive Committee, and is a past Round Rock Chamber Entrepreneurship Chair. Brentley is a native of Round Rock where he and his wife, Robin, reside with their two children. Brentley enjoys spending time with his family experiencing the outdoors either camping, hiking, or cooling off in a lake.

Bob Shonk, Broker Associate, Realtor®, CCIM
Bob has been actively involved in commercial and investment real estate since 1999. His broad background in commercial real estate gives him unique insight into value, cost, market analysis and financial feasibility. Prior to joining Brinegar Properties, Bob worked for both regional and national firms in appraisal, development, and brokerage and utilizes his broad network to assist clients with all of their property related needs. Bob is active with Central Texas CCIM and attends Hill Country Fellowship in Burnet.

EXPERIENCE: Bob was a Sr. Appraiser at CBRE where he appraised most all asset classes including multi-family, self-storage, office, industrial, retail, subdivisions and mobile home parks. He worked in corporate real estate where he led national site selection and lease negotiation for a manufacturing company based in Austin. Additionally, Bob worked in development and construction management for a local Austin developer and managed development feasibility for a division of Whataburger in San Antonio. He has also owned and managed many properties as an investor.
